Friends helped me get the car jump-started, and I took it directly to you. The service tech was very patient with my concerns, and agreed to not only replace the battery, but check the starter and related issues to be certain there were no other problems. Because it was 8:15 p.m. and you were very busy, I chose to get a rental for a day rather than wait for 90 minutes or more for repairs. A phone call the next morning from Nate assured me that the battery was the only issue, and that the car would be ready when I needed it. He also informed me of a discount/coupon offer on the web site that saved me $35. More

He was very straightforward with me about what could be wrong and what the possible costs would be. He was very involved and knowledgable which made me feel more comfortable with the whole situation. I was confident he would help take care of the situation and me as well. Tom made me feel valued as a customer and person, which is rare in auto repair these days. He even sent me an email the next day to confirm the problem had been remedied, which a mechanic has never done for me before. All this showed me that he truly wanted to help and do the right and honest thing which is all I can ask for. Thanks! More
