Right On Time I was not aware that I could make appointments for oil changes, but did know that no appointment was necessary. Maplewood people told me that would m I was not aware that I could make appointments for oil changes, but did know that no appointment was necessary. Maplewood people told me that would mean my wait would be a little longer than if I'd made an appointment, and estimated that the wait would be 1..5 hours. It was exactly that, within minutes. On the way, they stopped by to tell me what they were doing and how far they were in doing the job. When finished, they let me know of the condition of the car and pointed out highlights of their inspection process. Over the decades I've found them to be straight talkers who let me know what will be needed in the future as well as what's been done. I've never had a complaint. More

He went out of his way to obtain authorization through our extended warranty to get the job done. I can tell he is a great person just through the few messages we’ve shared. He’s made me feel as if we’re family due to the efforts he’s shown. Toyota is blessed to have an employee like him. I honestly feel he deserves a raise/recognition/bonus or something to show he is greatly appreciated for being the human being that he is. I would love to meet him in person and thank him personally if I was able to. It means so much to me, a full time job, a mother of 4 and husband is away, that he went out of his way to be superb. 😍 Also Xena, the scheduler did an awesome job as well. She was able to fit my needs in scheduling the service. I told her specifically I can drop off and need my car by the time I get off work to take my kids trick or treating. She went out of her way to put a note in and made sure my car was done on time. My car was done by 2! Very friendly gal. Awesome customer service! Awesome team work with advisor.
