Consistently Great I’ve been to Toyota Maplewood over 5-6 times in the last two years for my RAV4, and find their service department team professional, efficient, knowle I’ve been to Toyota Maplewood over 5-6 times in the last two years for my RAV4, and find their service department team professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Twice my appointments for my scheduled routine Toyota Care appointments were strangely not entered for the Service Department when I arrived, but both times the guys there still provided a great service and got me out of there in less than 2 hours - no matter how rushed or busy they were. It felt like as though I was in a Toyota commercial sometimes (in a good way). It’s no wonder they are one of the busiest and best locations in the upper Midwest! More

Always great service! I was scheduled for my free 10,000 mile oil change. I made an appointment a day before which was great and it totally fit in my schedule. I was greete I was scheduled for my free 10,000 mile oil change. I made an appointment a day before which was great and it totally fit in my schedule. I was greeted right away and was very swiftly signed the paperwork for the oil change. The service technician was Josh Beaulieu who is always friendly and expedient. I was explained about all the service points that they check and 40 minutes later everything was done. I love Maplewood Toyota! More
