Maplewood Toyota Service is the BEST!! Outside of the service department, I would like to comment on a new Toyota requirement of the service team. My husband and I are not fans of the new quarter-time notices. To us this is a waste of time of the service team and we really only want to know when there is an issue with our vehicle or when it's finished. The constant interruption of the quarter-time (especially when you have 2 vehicles in for service at the same time) gets to be too much. With saying that, I am not saying anything against the service team, they are helpful, insightful, and very courteous when they come with the updates. We just feel their time could be used in a better way. Long time customers!! More
