Starter Issue Our 2010 Prius would not start on a cold February morning. We suspected that we needed a new starter battery but were unsure how to start the car with Our 2010 Prius would not start on a cold February morning. They walked us through steps to safely jump start the car and we were on our way in minutes - to pick up a new starter battery at Maplewood Toyota and have them install it. Great quick service. Clear solutions. Even gave us a Car Wash Rain Check and cookies while we waited. The woman at the cash register was very pleasant to deal with. More

Great Customer Service I had a scheduled appointment. Got in right away and waiting time was less than I was quoted on the phone. When service rep noticed tech had not put I had a scheduled appointment. Got in right away and waiting time was less than I was quoted on the phone. When service rep noticed tech had not put my car through car wash but indicated he had on paperwork, the service rep immediately apologized and took care of it. Sometimes things go wrong and this when it is an opportunity for great customer service which I received. More

Replace battery and rear brake Job AAA unable to start car so it had to be towed to Maplewood. Battery was under warranty about three years and rear brakes needed to be done at the nex AAA unable to start car so it had to be towed to Maplewood. Battery was under warranty about three years and rear brakes needed to be done at the next time the car came in for service. Nate diagnose the problem and provided a new battery. He also arranged for the rear brake job or without me having to come to Maplewood as I was laid up with a bad leg. In addition I was able to pay over the phone a nice touch. More

Always fast and courteous The shop is always clean, the staff is always quick to your car and courteous. My car, without exception, is always ready for me faster than the estimated time. The waiting room is comfortable, There is always hot coffee, your choice of teas, cookies. There is a restful aquarium to watch. There is TV. there are semi-private stations to use your laptop or phone. I could stay there much longer if I needed to. Yesterday, my coffee was still hot and unfinished when my car was ready. What a problem to have. Great job! More
