Fair, Fast, inFormational, eFficient I had been receiving notices in email and by mail that a checkup was due (not to mention my little yellow light). I called to make an appointment (online did not work for me despite several attempts), and I had an appointment at a desired time scheduled for 5 days later. Perfect! When I got there, I was told that I did not yet need an oil change, but that they would check everything out and have me on my way within 60 minutes - they did so with 10 minutes to spare. Thanks to Cory and the team that helped me. I will be back. More

No one in the past walked me out to show me where my car was parked, I really appreciated that upgrade vs searching for my car. The service advisor pulls up my info as I drive in and greets me by my first name as soon as I step out o I love the service team at Maplewood Toyota. The service advisor pulls up my info as I drive in and greets me by my first name as soon as I step out of my car. They're always pleasant, courteous, and make me feel like I'm their #1 priority. I wish the typical walk-in wait period was shorter than 1.5 hrs, but that's just the cost of the walk in convenience. You can always make an appointment if you need to be in and out more quickly. They always have cookies, coffee, water, wifi and TV available. Today, I stopped in because my under-engine splash guard was loose. They let me walk under my car and described to me exactly what was "wrong" and what needed to be done. They know my car. They care about my car. And they help me to be more knowledgable as the car owner. A+! More
