Maplewood Toyota- Service Center

Emergency car service required I had to get my car in for service as soon as possible and Maplewood Toyota was able to accommodate me. I was told they would need my until 9:30 pm; I had to get my car in for service as soon as possible and Maplewood Toyota was able to accommodate me. I was told they would need my until 9:30 pm; however, I received a call from the service department stating my car would be ready at 6 pm which far exceeded my expectations. When I brought the car in, I was given a shuttle ride home. The driver of the shuttle was so pleasant and we chatted the 17 miles to my home. When I picked up my car in the evening, the cashier was very pleasant and I was out of the dealership within minutes. I have never had a bad experience at Maplewood Toyota! More

Got a oil change, new battery and wind schild wipers. Service was good, but they broke my antenna off in the car wash. They replaced it without cost. Seems like they need a new car wash system. Good problem solving My car was not running well and the check engine light was on. Your service person ran the codes and found a knock sensor problem. As it turned out My car was not running well and the check engine light was on. Your service person ran the codes and found a knock sensor problem. As it turned out some mice had chewed wiring going to the knock sensor. The wires were repaired and the sensor began functioning properly. No need to buy a new sensor! Good problem solving! More
