Fabulous customer service I had the most fabulous customer service experience on April 23, 2018, from Ryan Dorsey. My 24 daughter's car had gotten the "red triangle of death" w I had the most fabulous customer service experience on April 23, 2018, from Ryan Dorsey. My 24 daughter's car had gotten the "red triangle of death" warning at 5:00 at night during finals week. She was scared to death that she would be trapped without a car and would flunk out of school. We met with Ryan, and he was so kind and compassionate. He wiped away those tears in an instant. He was able to predict what our likely problem was, help us with a tow, and then fix our problem on an emergency basis. And he came in under budget! What a great way to make sure we continue to be a Toyota family. Thanks again to all of you, and especially to Ryan. More

I asked if it would be possible to do the work now. He checked with the technician and he could fit me in. I gave approval for the work to proceed. The work was done in under the quoted time. Fantastic dealership/product Not only did the dealership get me in right away they provided me with coupons that I didn't have with me to give me a great discount. And to top all this - my Rav4 has 91,000 miles on it and this brake work was the first time I've had it in for "work" other than a batter, tires and oil changes. That's a remarkable product (the reason we are on our 4th Rav4 and 6th Toyota product in the family. More

The staff are always efficient, pleasant and watchful to find other "little" items that I may not have seen. For example , this last trip, I was about to leave when TOM, the lead who was ushering me through , noticed the frame around my front license was broken.Within moments he had another younger guy in motion to get the necessary item and Tom finished it off and fixed it. I asked for help with a pesky middle seat belt and again, Tom jumped in to fix the problem.....And then I found out you have a shuttle to COSTCO...fabulous offer which I took advantage of. Emergency car service required I had to get my car in for service as soon as possible and Maplewood Toyota was able to accommodate me. I was told they would need my until 9:30 pm; I had to get my car in for service as soon as possible and Maplewood Toyota was able to accommodate me. I was told they would need my until 9:30 pm; however, I received a call from the service department stating my car would be ready at 6 pm which far exceeded my expectations. When I brought the car in, I was given a shuttle ride home. The driver of the shuttle was so pleasant and we chatted the 17 miles to my home. When I picked up my car in the evening, the cashier was very pleasant and I was out of the dealership within minutes. I have never had a bad experience at Maplewood Toyota! More
