He is one of the main reasons I continue to purchase and service my vehicles at Maplewood Toyota. I thoroughly trust his advice and his recommendations. He is honest, trustworthy and kind . Joe goes "above and beyond" to make sure that not only is my car well taken care of, but that it is done in a timely matter. But, EVERY time I am in ( I have a 2011 Camry) the service has been done 100% correct and always within the time slot the Tech. has told me. I am in awe of how fast/well you move cars and people through their services and how very polite and professional everyone is. I think Bob, who usually brings me my keys and paperwork has to be one of the kindness people I have ever worked with....hang on to him !!! And a big THANKS to your entire team, Peggy King More

no apptmnt potential brake issue checked and fixed same day Rear brakes had locked overnight I managed to break them loose. Did not know extent of problem brought in. Came back and said rusted calipers cause they and other brake components needed replacement offered to do the work same day if I could leave the vehicle. I did and the work was done same day. He also found an applicable coupon to apply to the work I had done which was highly appreciated. More
