Always Pleasant Even though appointments are available for routine service, I seldom am far enough ahead in my own schedule to take advantage of this opportunity. I typically drive in, am met by a service representative, and get the car serviced while I work at one of the desks provided (with internet service) in the waiting room. I better add that I enjoy a (free) chocolate chip cookie, and (in the winter) a cup of hot chocolate. What's not to enjoy? More

Car making noise My car was making a noise and felt off. I didnt have an appointment and stopped by to get it checked out. They fixed it within two hours very cheaply.
