I typically drive in, am met by a service representative, and get the car serviced while I work at one of the desks provided (with internet service) in the waiting room. Super Customer Service Experience Many customers waiting to drive into the service department. Once I had my turn it was 15 minutes past my appointment and everyone was very apologetic Many customers waiting to drive into the service department. In my case, on two occasions the service agent has added the phrase, "No charge for the service today". Wow! Five stars indeed. More
