Battery replacement The battery in our 2012 Highlander was acting up so we brought our vehicle into Maplewood Toyota for service shortly after they opened on a Saturday m The battery in our 2012 Highlander was acting up so we brought our vehicle into Maplewood Toyota for service shortly after they opened on a Saturday morning. Upon checking in, we were informed that the estimated time for the service would be a couple of hours. Fortunately, the battery test and the necessary replacement of the battery took only an hour! Since the battery was under warranty, there was no charge for the service. More

Jeff, the service rep. was great! I had a deadline to make When I arrived, I told the service Rep, Jeff, that I had to relieve my wife's caregiver (she has Alzheimer's) by a certain time & could not leave my R When I arrived, I told the service Rep, Jeff, that I had to relieve my wife's caregiver (she has Alzheimer's) by a certain time & could not leave my RAV if work could not be completed by a certain time. Not only did he get the car finished before that time, but he refused the tip I offered him for doing so. He was pleasant, helpful, & I'll continue to use Maplewood Toyota for my RAV's maintenance. True to their word I Bought this sweet used SUV and the auto tailgate bar clunked. salesman said "We'll order a part and fix the clunk". I sais ok and did not think about it after that. 2 weeks later I get a call, "Your part is in! Do you need a loaner for the day?" I drop it off on the appointed day, drive loaner to work.
