Upon checking in, we were informed that the estimated time for the service would be a couple of hours. Fortunately, the battery test and the necessary replacement of the battery took only an hour! Since the battery was under warranty, there was no charge for the service. More

I had a deadline to make When I arrived, I told the service Rep, Jeff, that I had to relieve my wife's caregiver (she has Alzheimer's) by a certain time & could not leave my R When I arrived, I told the service Rep, Jeff, that I had to relieve my wife's caregiver (she has Alzheimer's) by a certain time & could not leave my RAV if work could not be completed by a certain time. Not only did he get the car finished before that time, but he refused the tip I offered him for doing so. He was pleasant, helpful, & I'll continue to use Maplewood Toyota for my RAV's maintenance.
