Nate in Service made our repairs a dream, not a nightmare! In October 2017, Maplewood Toyota replaced our Camry's water pump & serpentine belt. We also had the spark plugs replaced in advance of the recommende In October 2017, Maplewood Toyota replaced our Camry's water pump & serpentine belt. We also had the spark plugs replaced in advance of the recommended maintenance schedule. A mere 18 miles after this 2017 maintenance, the car had problems starting!!!!!!! As we had a newer battery(Maplewood Toyota), we assumed we needed a NEW starter. We decided that we'd put off the $500 repair. Our Camry sat in our garage until Oct. 25th, 2018.. Thanks to Nate's taking me seriously, He ordered a starter before our appointment. He was a very clear communicator, explaining that they would diagnosis it before, of course! He also explained the warranty of the tires we purchased @ Maplewood Toyota less than 2 years before. We had 3 flat tires!!! Nate clearly explained about why the tires had deflated. We appreciate that Nate was 100% HONEST with us! !!!!!! Thanks to Nate we'll be back! More

Anxious Toyota owner - brake job? I heard some squeaking from my brakes for the past week (2012 Tacoma with about 54,000 miles) and took it to Maplewood Toyota to have it check out. I I heard some squeaking from my brakes for the past week (2012 Tacoma with about 54,000 miles) and took it to Maplewood Toyota to have it check out. I didn't want any issues as i was driving it to my daughters in Wisconsin in a week. They checked out the brakes, found not issues and told me that the squeaking can sometimes occur during damp weather. There was not cost!! Over the past four to five years I've have had two Priuses and two Tacomas serviced at Maplewood Toyota and always found them do excellent work, to be customer focused, and to be cost competitive. 5 stars all around More

Popped in to get a headlight bulb. It was installed while I I popped in to get a bulb for my left headlight. It was installed while I was in the que. Good service I bought my Rav4 from Maplwood Toyota and have had all routine service performed there. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and has wifi. Al, the shuttle driver, was a nice companion when he drove me to my workplace when I recently had service and tires installed on my car. More

Cleared up the problem with the power steering on my Celica. The power steering on my 'vintage' Celica was not working - very stiff and a little jerky. I feared an expensive repair. The technician diagnosed the The power steering on my 'vintage' Celica was not working - very stiff and a little jerky. I feared an expensive repair. The technician diagnosed the problem as the steering 'knuckle' was corroded ( from being in storage over the summer). He cleaned it up, lube'd it, and flexed it. It was working near normally when I left and it has steadily improved as I have driven it to a 'normal' state. No new parts, no labor costs. I am most pleased. Thanks to all that helped with this.
