During this time they have taken care of the car without upsales which has left us confident that should something happen they will tell us the problem and possible solutions. This time we had a tyre issue. It turned out to be a bolt in it. I had phoned prior to going for a price quote on new tyres. The quote was given with details of why I should use that tyre and the next day they were installed for the price quoted. Good to know you can get a price and not have additional charges outside of the quote. If they continue to do business in this way, I will always go to them first. More

It's one of the reasons why I renewed my Toyota Care purchase. Not only do they do a good job, but occasionally, the service technicians have done what I considered going a little above and beyond by trying to expedite my service when it did not seem like they had to. But, they have. The open hours for service is also much appreciated. The dealership is also clean with electronic outlet charging stations that have been helpful for longer wait times. More
