Routine service I made an appointment for a routine oil change. After which I discovered it was my granddaughter's last softball game of the season so I wanted to ge I made an appointment for a routine oil change. After which I discovered it was my granddaughter's last softball game of the season so I wanted to get keep my appointment, but get out quickly. I came in early to help "grease the skids". When the service department came to review with me the status of my vehicle and a suggested routine part replacement, I told him I would come back for that as I was in a hurry to leave. They got my car's service completed, run through the car wash and I was on the way to the game in record time. I drive out of my way to maintain my service at Maplewood. Not only were they great to deal with when I bought my car, the service deparment is stellar! More

I complained saying all these people who came later and did not make an appointment did not have to wait as long. What is up with that? More

First-rate cumstomer service I usually try to cajole my son into taking my car in for service because I can't stand most car shops. Toyota left me pleasantly surprised.
