More than a decade Excellent service for almost 15 years. Yesterday was typical -- no appointment in spite of knowing they were busy. Used their excellent wifi and was able to log into work and be productive while I waited for the truck to get done. Very competitive prices, never any unnecessary work, and almost always done right the first time. I've been driving for 50 years and had service done in over 100 shops in four states and in my experience, Maplewood Toyota has no peer for service, dealer or independent. More

Altogether Excellent From the second I drove into the service bay, I was happy with everything. Someone came to greet me, wrote up my service needs and directed me to the waiting area, which was stocked with TVs, Wi-Fi, cookies and beverages. I wasn't in there for more than about 45 minutes from beginning to end (though I anticipated a longer wait). I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Oil change I went in for a "drive in, no appointment" oil change. Excellent check in and check out and only 1 hour for the oil change and to fix a slow leak in I went in for a "drive in, no appointment" oil change. Excellent check in and check out and only 1 hour for the oil change and to fix a slow leak in a tire (a nail). Everything was completely explained to me about the multi point check up of my vehicle. I have gone to Maplewood Toyota for over 7 years for my wonderful old Highlander and will continue to do so. More

I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off but ended up needing to wait for it as I'd lost my ride back ho The service staff was very accommodating. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, discover other things that needed immediate attention, explain the options, and get me in and out in under 2 hours, despite having to squeeze me in when they'd had every reason to thing they were going to have all night to finish the job.
