Less than 15 minutes! I hardly got out of my car!! I came in needing a new headlight. One fellow lifted the hood...another removed the little bulb and went to get a repla I hardly got out of my car!! The first fellow I was greeted by walked me inside to the cashier. I was on my way! My sister asked me why I keep going back to the dealer....it probably costs more. Although the car was in for a tire rotation, I had a question about a recent recall. They spent time explaining what was involved and made me feel much less anxious. I love these guys!! Wouldn't go anyplace else. I love Toyotas, but its the service department that keeps me buying them everytime I need a new car. Our family currently owns 4 cars - all Toyotas from Maplewood Toyota.
