Proactive truck truck inspection, assistance and recall Joey in Service listened to, noted and followed up on all of my concerns, questions and requests to check air filter, engine and inside of truck. Rec Joey in Service listened to, noted and followed up on all of my concerns, questions and requests to check air filter, engine and inside of truck. Recall work completed even though I hadn't scheduled ahead of time. Before truck inspected, Joey answered my questions about warning lights and assisted me with correct installation of hitch. Joey met with me twice in waiting area. While waiting, my long-time sales rep Terry chatted with me regarding my previous Toyota purchases/experiences (Matrix and Prius) and how my Tacoma SR5 meets my current needs. More
Overall, happy. Fast service....but We are very happy with how quickly the work was done and that we were able to pick our vehicle up so soon. Other than being checked in when we dropped We are very happy with how quickly the work was done and that we were able to pick our vehicle up so soon. Other than being checked in when we dropped off our vehicle (Joey, I think), we didn't speak with anyone.When the car was done, I received a call from Cody saying it would be ready to picked up anytime after 12:30pm. When we came in to pay and pick up our keys, we asked if anyone would go over things with us, but the cashier just said if we had any questions to let her know...but everytime we've picked up our vehicle, someone usually just goes over everything they did. Not a big deal, but we do feel better when a professional goes over things with us. So basically we came in and paid and left to go get our car...and when we were approaching it, my husband said, is that OUR car that is running? And sure enough, our car was in the parking lot running. Our car is one that does not need to key to be inserted. So I would guess it was the Runner, or whoever parks the cars that forgot to turn it off. Our car probably wasn't running more than an hour, but I hate to think if we hadn't been able to pick it up right away. Overall we are pleased. More
