great service when I was in great need after flying in, I had just flown into town from AZ an my car would not start due to battery issues. My daughter shad been driving the car up to 2 weeks prior to our arrive (I had told your people that it was their fault because your dealership got her into an new Camry too quickly). When we got to my daughters the battery was completely dead (nothing worked). I put a charger on it and after 20 minutes all I could get was lights to flash. I had my daughter drive me to the dealership and the night manager was just super in get a man to drive one of your starter units to my car and was able to get it started. I then asked him to take it to the shop and check it out (what a great service to us). The night manager (I am terrible on names so I can give him the credit he desires by giving his name. The next day I got call from Tim about the battery needing to checked further and later he call to say that battery was bad and they would replace it for me. When we got to the dealership we forgot we had a couple of cases of soda in the rental car trunk and the night manager grabbed them and carried them to our car for my wife as I was getting the paper work signed We have lived in this area for most of the last 18 years and between my two daughter and myself we have purchase or leased at least a dozen or more cars from Maplewood Toyota. Sales and service have helped us by being there when we needed or desired help. This example is really 5 stars . Example is that I had the 10000 mile checkup done by a dealership in AZ they forgot to reset the Maintenance Needed on the dash which required a second trip (18 miles round trip when temp was in excess of 105 degrees) for something that should have been done by the tech and checked by delivery person and /or person taking original order. Tainted / Sainted It took more than a year and one half to get the battery draw fixed in our new 2015 Toyota Avalon. It took five trips and many phone calls. Nothing was resolved until I asked to have our car bought back by the dealer. I want to thank the night shift maintenance supervisor for listening to me about the issue and finally getting it repaired and Bill Dalgaard for resolving all issues Today. Easy Peasy I stopped by for my 85K check=up. No appointment and it just took 1 1/2 hours of my time. Glad to know the chipmunk is no longer nesting on top of my I stopped by for my 85K check=up. No appointment and it just took 1 1/2 hours of my time. Glad to know the chipmunk is no longer nesting on top of my air filter. My only concern was the method for check-in. I drove in, someone checked the mileage on the car and asked me to wait by the car. I then waited for about two minutes. I had enough time to count the 14 service people who were within line of sight, apprarently busy talking to each other about other projects. Eventually someone came and checked me in. Two minutes isn't a long time, but it's noticeable when everyone is right there, hanging out and not coming to your assistance. More

Oil change; rear seat belt upgrade; & wiper motor replacemen I drove in on time & your crew told me it would take about 2 & 1/2 hours to service.. I was phoned a little less than that time & my Toyota was fixed I drove in on time & your crew told me it would take about 2 & 1/2 hours to service..
