I have NEVER felt pressured, unheard, condescended to or dismissed. Staff has always been so helpful, patient and accommodating. I had 3 needed repairs that really added up and I didn't have an appointment. I dropped my car off, got driven home by the courteous shuttle driver, received 2 phone calls describing my needs, costs and offering of savings, and had my car back that evening.
