I found your associates to be attentive, courteous and very customer centric. I have been dealing with Maplewood Toyota since 2000, when I had a Camry serviced, up through 2011, and my Highlander purchased and serviced since April of 2010. In all of that time I've had only one negative issue with your organization and that happened a couple of years ago when someone stole a baggie of change, which I used for tolls, out of my Highlander. I didn't notice the theft for a couple of days when I had to pay a toll and the bag wasn't there. I didn't report it so, shame on me, but that has caused me to remove any small things of value whenever I've turned the car over to you. Otherwise my experiences have been very positive. More
