Always Maplewood Toyota I have never bought a car here, but I have always brought my Toyota's back to Maplewood for all service. When I've said I think I need something, a battery, new tires, whatever, they have often said "nope, you don't.' So when my car DOES need something, I trust them. Their sales staff seem to be getting better and I hear good things about them but they have consistently had a slant, and not a good one, in dealing with women that DO buy cars. And I've been treated sales-wise, much better at other dealers. More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Be careful when you buy a used car from Maplewood Toyota. They will sell you anything they want off their lot so quickly you don't even know what has happened and all of a sudden your driving out of their lot (didn't even get to test drive the car - because the seller Mr. Pates has you in such a frenzy)in a car with problems attached and they aren't willing to fix anything. You bring it in with INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS and because they problems aren't there when they get in (everything just seems to be working because the problems are INTERMITTENT) they don't do a diagnostic check check or anything, they tell you everything is working fine and it really isn't but they don't want to deal with it.
