Brought my wife's car (bought at Maplewood Toyota) here for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation and ended up with a tire stem leaking like a fire hose. The stem was not leaking when for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation and ended up with a tire stem leaking like a fire hose. The stem was not leaking when I brought it in and was completely loose after (other shop said the sensor was broken off in the tire). I never asked them to look at the stem, let alone try to fix it. I was told that the stem was seized but the manager said they must have misspoke because they would never do work without permission (they never asked until AFTER telling me it was seized). Took it elsewhere to fix because I do not trust their work and they charge FOUR TIMES what other places do for this stem/sensor. They refuse to admit they messed with the stem but can't explain why I was told (and the paperwork says) that the stem is seized without having manipulated it. More

Fantastic service on routine oil change/inspection. The team was masked up, efficient, professional, and personable. I had to leave my suv at the dealership all day for a fuel pump recall replacement. I waited 20 minutes outside the dealership past my scheduled appointment time just to get into the service area. I came in for tire rotation and inspection for 2018 Tacoma Jeff in the service department was great to work with and took care of all my requests.
