Bobby’s patience in educating me about Toyota’s models and their differences was exemplary. Not only are there almost zero hybrid vehicles available without a custom order, but it was his first day back i and their differences was exemplary. Not only are there almost zero hybrid vehicles available without a custom order, but it was his first day back in the office and he had piles of files waiting. Nonetheless he answered all of my questions and showed me the inventory challenges in the market. I had no intention to buy a RAV4 while waiting for maintenance on my old Highlander, but I did. And now after weeks of waiting, which Bobby prepared me for, I’ve got the new car and couldn’t be happier. I had no idea how much more I could get in a car! Thanks for the patience during that first meeting, and excellent communications during shipping and upon delivery. It was a great experience I will repeat down the road. More
