This is the second vehicle we purchased from Maplewood Toyota. This time we made numerous trips from St. Cloud to Coon Rapids to find a vehicle and then decided to try Maplewood Toyota again since we had Toyota. We called ahead and spoke with Debra Ingbretson and told her what we wanted. She had a vehicle waiting for us to test drive. However we found a different model on the lot that we liked. We had our car picked out and the sale complete within an hour. The only reason we didn't try Maplewood Toyota from the beginning of this sale is because of the distance from our home in Big Lake to Maplewood. I now have my dream vehicle with a price that was affordable. Because I wanted to pick my vehicle up on a day Debra was not there, she arranged for somebody to watch for me and take care of me when I got there. It all went very smoothly. More

The Avalon that I purchased was explained very well. I have been a Cadillac owner for the past 30+ years and some of the controls on the Avalon are a bit different. I expressed my discontent with the patch job to Steve. He told me he would do what it takes to make me happy including replacing the patched tire which he did. This lead to a follow-up phone call and my visit to MT today, where I met with Dave, Bill, and Tom Beedy, MT's General Sale Manager. They listened to my questions, responded to my concerns, and did a wonderful job all around in taking car of my car -- and me. I brought some work with me, and sitting there while they took care of my car (and the extra things I added), I saw that those qualities were reflected in other MT folks as well. The car buying experience, at least for me, was very focused . . . on making a decision, getting to know a different car (after driving my previous car for 18 years), and wanting to do the "right thing." When I had questions after the sale, I was, and am, especially appreciative that MT hung in there with me. My post-sale experience was as wonderful as the sale experience. The MT folks showed me that, while they may know cars, they know how to take care of people. More

I knew exactly what I wanted and needed and he made it happen without any pressure to upgrade to a more expensive car with alot of feature pleasure!
