Appreciate RJ's 'above and beyond' service! First new vehicle in many years, and as an engineer, I get pretty fussy about the details ;-) Visited several dealers, RJ was the most knowledgable First new vehicle in many years, and as an engineer, I get pretty fussy about the details ;-) Visited several dealers, RJ was the most knowledgable and least pushy of any of the sales people we worked with in the area. We already had the Highlander at the top of the list, but RJ's info and answers made the sale. He understood my concerns and desires, suggested add-ons I DID want, and steered me away from things that after thinking about them, truly WOULDN'T have wanted. LOTS of emails back and forth..... poor guy! I kept adding things or having questions about the details after we had already ordered it.... To top it off, my wife had to be out of town the week the vehicle was delivered, RJ arranged for her to 'pre-sign' documents and have everything in order so I could pick up the car myself, and still have both our names on the title. All in all, I am very happy with my experience at Maplewood Toyota and RJ has been the front man for them. I just got the car today, so now we'll see how service and such stack up and if they meet the standard of excellence and honesty RJ has set. :-) Thanks RJ! Barry in Lake Elmo More
