Fortunately for me, my sales rep, Rick Peterson has m Recently Toyota offered a 3 month waiver on my Toyota Camry if I was interested in a new lease. Fortunately for me, my sales rep, Rick Peterson has maintained contact with me via e-mail throughout my lease. Kudos to Rick. He sent me an e-mail where Toyota Maplewood was offering leases with "0" down. It was an ideal opportunity. I contacted Rick, we set an appointment and met. There is an old saying "if its not broken, you don't fix it." Well thats Maplewood Toyota and all its staff. For the last 2 years and nine months that I leased a Camry my experience has been the best. From day one Rick was fantastic. He was warm, friendly, professional, helpful and incredibly courteous in my initial lease. Also, he maintained contact with me throughout the lease. Who does that? The service department was the same. Every staff person that I came in contact with was so polite, professional and considerate. They thoroughly explained my service and they were so timely in providing the service. It truly is one of the best service department I have ever had to deal with. Now to my current lease. Rick is still the same caring professional/individual who treats his customers like a life long friend. Since I was interested in a 4/all wheel drive (its Minnesota), Rick patiently spent hours with me until I found the exact vehicle I was looking for. I wanted a Rav 4 but I really couldn't find the color I was looking for. Rick continued to search and he found exactly what I was looking for. To me it was the "perfect car." Rick made sure that as a customer I was "completely satisfied." Believe me I was. It doesn't stop there. He made sure that I met all the appropriate managers at the dealership (he introduced me as a very loyal Toyota customer), who were all so very pleasant, professional and sincerely engaged that my Toyota experience be the best possible. Well it is. To me it starts with Rick and it continues through the whole dealership. As a slightly skeptical former New Yorker who experienced first hand sales reps back east who push you towards a particular vehicle, Maplewood Toyota is the 180 opposite. They are there to make their customers happy and satisfied. To me they are the "best." And Rick Peterson is the best sales/customer rep I have ever dealt with. Maplewood Toyota, take a well deserved bow!!! You deserve it. More

On the purchase day we dealt with Doug Fulton then later with Jay. Doug was awesome he ran us thru both vehicles we were looking at, pros and cons, what may or not meet our lifestyles, no B.S. I really appreciated that. After our decision on which vehicle to buy we dealt with Seth in your finance department, once again I was impressed even though we have a good credit rating financing anything makes me uncomfortable...not with Seth, it was a pleasure to due the paperwork and warranty information. After finishing up with Seth and Doug, Jay gave my wife a complete run down on the vehicle, sync'd her phone to the car, Answered questions that we didn't even think of asking, but those that you ask after leaving the dealership. We had not planned to buy our vehicle through a dealership, but simply planned to look at cars to narrow down our preference. However our experience with Jason and the Maplewood Toyota team was so positive that we decided to purchase the vehicle from them. Jason went far above and beyond what we would have ever expected with service. He pointed out repairs and painting that should be done by Toyota before our purchase. (We would not have noticed these things on our own). Additionally, when Jason realized that the keyless entry system was not quite up to par, he made arrangements for the old system to be removed and a new system installed at no cost to us. We trust Jason and this dealership and would recommend it to others. We love our RAV! More

Rick and I went inside and he checked on other cars that were coming into the dealership in the next few days. Nothing there met my needs either. So I left the dealership after about and hour. I did not buy a car. However, I had the single best experience I have ever had in my 35 plus years of buying cars. He was not pushy. He knew his product. Most of all he was a polite professional that listened to my needs. I will recommend Rick in the future to anyone looking for a new or used car. You have a winner on your team Maplewood Toyota.
