I recently purchased a 2019 Land Cruiser from Maplewood Toyota. I live in Boulder, CO, and I was apprehensive about buying a car without seeing it in person. My fears were completely unfounded. Two people stood out because they made buying my car easy and worry-free and were fun to work with. David Remick helped me with the paperwork and an extended warranty. Mr Remick gave me his cell number over a holiday weekend. Three weeks after the purchase, he still answered my questions and recently sent me extra copies of the warranty documents.  Taylor Mickesh helped me with everything from arranging an independent car inspection to transporting the car from Minnesota to Colorado. Taylor was the best person I've ever worked with in any capacity. He would have my vote if he ever ran for public office; he had my trust from the beginning. During the process, Tailor texted me many times a day. He answered all my questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he found out. Taylor was kind, patient, and gracious. No question was too small—he checked on everything and made me feel great about my decision. Taylor ensured the transport went smoothly, and my car arrived in terrific condition. It was spotless and felt brand new. A few days later, I found a tiny scar on the leather and texted Taylor.  In less than an hour, Taylor found a leather repair shop in Boulder—where I live—that would smooth out the scuff for under $50. This kind of attention to detail and commitment to service is exceptional. A long-distance transactional procedure involving a large sum of money can be fraught. Taylor Mickesh made buying my car a pleasure, and I'm so grateful. More
