The employees there seem to be treated well by the owners and managers so it is not surprising that the sales and service employees treat customers well. I just attended a dinner/presentation and the presenters and everyone associated on the team were great. Genuine, credible, and down to earth. We have two Toyotas purchased here and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for service or the next purchase. But what I thought was awesome is the kindness he showed us and treated with respect. He went as far as brought the car to the front and drove the trade in from our house to the dealership.
