I purchased a few vehicles there in the past and I spoke with Rory Shaffer over the phone--he didn't have what I was looking for but called me less than 24 hours later letting me know that he had just taken in a vehicle in on trade that was exactly what I was looking for. She gave us clear, concise answers on how to fill out an application and what to expect. I filled it out and she immediately notified my husband and I of our credit. We made an appointment. Met with Anna, who then directed us to Matt Anderson. Matt was wonderful in directing us on the Rav4, what kind of models there are, what colors are available and so on. My husband was particular on the exact amount we would be paying monthly and Matt was upfront and honest on what it would be. He was extremely helpful, in all areas. We test drove the car. Matt was very knowledgeable on the car, all its features and so on. I was very impressed. He was also incredibly friendly, asked my husband and I about our family, what our daughters name is, and so on. I found him to be very personal and down to earth. Thank you Matt! For a female,it can be nerve racking, to say the least. He has always given me the truth and backs it up, He is always so very pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure not only the sale is what I want and need, but the service afterwards is nothing less than perfect. That is what I like about Rick and Maplewood Toyota is the service I get here. I know if something is not right with my car, he will personally go back and talk to the service department and get it all set up. He is a "no pressure" kind of salesman. He takes the time to go through everything with all the fancy computer stuff that is over a new buyers head and explains it.
