I've never had better service. Maplewood Toyota is the best I bought windshield wipers while I waited for my service to be finished. When the technician was talking to me about what was done, he noticed that I I bought windshield wipers while I waited for my service to be finished. Not sure if we would be able to close a deal however we were pleasantly surprised that Mabi could squeeze us in and still provide options to fit our needs. We walked out with more than we anticipated - a 2017 Prius, fabulous model and we were extremely pleased with the honest and amazing customer service. Memorable Experience Being a retired Navy Veteran it was great to be able to work with Tom("Wessy") who is also a Navy Veteran . We hit it off right away; reminiscing about our various duty stations. Tom served on the USS Reeves and USS Jason. I served on USNS Hassayampa, USS Cape Cod and various shore duty stations. Once we were done with Navy talk we were able to get down to business and work out a deal on a 2016 RAV4. Tom was easy to work with and is very knowledgeable about the RAV. He didn't try to overload us with options we didn't need or want and was able to get us a fair trade-in price for our 2003 RAV4. I was impressed with the way he patiently answered my wife's many questions in terms she could understand. He was able to make buying a car an enjoyable experience for both myself and my wife. I would strongly recommend Maplewood Toyota and Tom "Wessy" Westcott to anyone who is shopping for a Toyota. More

He stayed after close to make sure that my plates were put on the car correctly and even offered to hook up my phone to the blue tooth in my new car.
