Rory was patient and always answered all of our questions. He made the process fun, and was very easy to work with. We felt like we could trust him, and that was so great considering we don't know a ton about vehicles. Overall, a wonderful experience!!! Arrived at t When my "maintenance required" light came on I made an appointment for service for my 2013 Toyota Camry, with mileage of 60,600 or so. Arrived at the dealership on scheduled date, expecting tire rotation and oil change. The service technician, Art Seifert, informed me that only the tire rotation was needed now. He gave me an hour 15 minutes as expected wait time. The car was ready in just less than an hour, included an overall inspection and a car wash as well and best of all, no charge, because the tires had been purchased there. Speed, efficiency, friendly service and all for free. How can you beat that? More

Make it right My 2014 Highlander's ceiling was water stained, Maplewood Toyota made the repair because they wanted to make it right.
