Awesome Service Mgr went above an beyond! I went in for a routine tire rotation.. I mentioned to the Service Mgr that I was 99.9% sure that I had lost my diamond wedding band in my car a coupl I went in for a routine tire rotation.. I mentioned to the Service Mgr that I was 99.9% sure that I had lost my diamond wedding band in my car a couple of months earlier but after multiple searches done by myself and others, we were unable to find it. He said that he would personally take a look as he was familiar where things can hide. I left not thinking that he would find it and that I would be making an insurance claim and shopping with my husband for a replacement. Imagine my surprise when he texted me a hour later with a picture of my ring. I was speechless! When I went to pick up my car later that afternoon, he had it waiting for me. I consider this above and beyond! I have told my story to everyone. I don't remember his name, but his initials are JB. I hope that you commend him on superior/world class customer service!!!!!
