A great experience. I talked to two other Toyota sales people who were not helpful when I was looking for a new Prius. They either didn't know their product or wasted my time. Jay found me wondering the lot with new cars while my old Prius was being service. He asked me if I had any questions and I had a few. He answered them and then we talked about the new and different models. He then took me to another lot to look at the new Prius. He knew his product and did not give me pressure or deadline to buy. He answered my questions to my satisfaction more than anyone else could. I returned with my husband and he gave me all of the time that I needed to understand my options. I did order one and he kept me updated on the where about of my new Prius. He was very helpful in explaining the operation of my new Prius and knew it thoroughly. He also helped me to save some money by doing things one way rather than another. He gave me good advice. I and my husband were very pleased with buying my new car from Jay and I would recommend him to anyone seeking to buy any type of a Toyota. More

Quick service for a recall notice I got a recall notice for my Prius for a side air bag inflator. I called and got an appointment. I showed up at the time and they took it right away. My Maplewood Experience My wife and I were in the market for a second vehicle. In 1996 we purchased a 1996 Toyota Camry (probably the best vehicle we've ever owned!) from M My wife and I were in the market for a second vehicle. In 1996 we purchased a 1996 Toyota Camry (probably the best vehicle we've ever owned!) from Maplewood Toyota. Our purchase experience was positive, easy and convenient, so when it came time to again purchase a vehicle we returned to Maplewood Toyota. We were greeted by Doug Fulton and advised him that we were looking for a used Highlander vehicle. He spent a fair amount of time showing us various available Highlanders, from model years 2013 and 2014. We said we wanted to think about it and would then get back to him the following day. The next day we returned and connected with Doug. What I appreciated about him was his calm, matter of fact, no nonsense manner. What I don't appreciate is a high-pressure salesman! We negotiated for a bit, but arrived at an agreed upon price for the 2013 Highlander we chose. Doug was very thorough, showing us the many features of the vehicle. I was amazed to later learn that the vehicle has up to 30 on-board computers! We picked up our HIghlander on 10/31/16, at which time Doug said to be sure and call him if we had any questions or concerns, after which he presented us with an invitation to attend a complimentary dinner and vehicle familiarization meeting at a nearby restaurant. We attended the event on 11/15/16, and learned lots of information, not only on our Highlander, but also on various Toyota products. I can truthfully say that I have never seen this level of focus on customer satisfaction in all the years I've owned a car. The entire experience at Maplewood Toyota has been overwhelmingly positive, and a reason why we would return the next time we have vehicle needs.
