Tundra 100K service and questions I recently purchased a used 2014 Tundra with 95K miles (not from Maplewood). This is my first Tundra. Not knowing the maintenance history of the tru I recently purchased a used 2014 Tundra with 95K miles (not from Maplewood). This is my first Tundra. Not knowing the maintenance history of the truck I asked Maplewood Toyota to do all the recommended 100K mile maintenance. I also printed a list of questions about switching between 2WD and 4WD. My experience was excellent. The requested service was performed at what I consider a reasonable price. In addition Mike, the Tundra expert at the dealership, called me to answer each of my printed questions. Now the truck hums (actually it's more like a growl :) ) and I have more confidence using all of its features. Tim More

Always happy with the service at Maplewood Toyota My family has been working with Maplewood Toyota for years - we've purchased all our Toyotas here and have been taking the cars back for service over My family has been working with Maplewood Toyota for years - we've purchased all our Toyotas here and have been taking the cars back for service over the years too. Every time I take the car in for service I am impressed. The staff are kind, welcoming, and efficient, and they walk me through every little detail and answer any question I have with a friendly smile. When they tell me I have a 2 hour wait, it's 2 hours or less - always spot on, and they keep me in the loop about what's happening during the service process. I just purchased a new Camry (finally! those Toyotas run for forever!) and worked with Tom "Wessy" Westcott. Our family has worked with him in the past. He takes such good care of us - always looking for the best deals and making sure we're getting our money's worth with our purchase. He's a pretty straightforward guy - for example, I couldn't decide between a Corolla and a Camry and he said, "You'll want a Camry - if you have a growing family, you'll want a bigger car." Makes sense, but also didn't feel pressured to get a Camry if I really felt the Corolla was a better fit. He let us test drive as many as we wanted and encouraged us to spend time with each vehicle before deciding. All throughout the process he was fun, kind, and kept things moving along. All in all, I always enjoy my visits to Maplewood Toyota. I know I"ll be well taken care of! More

When you come in they tell you what is going to be done and an estimate of how long it will ta I have always found them to be trustworthy and honest. They know what has been done in previous visits, and what should be done. If it is minor, such as resetting a light, they usually do it right there, and you can go. Things like correcting tire pressure because it is cold are done for free. More
