Every time I pull into that modern service area I expect at least some derision for my old, rusty, minivan. Instead, every time, the service person is friendly and helpful. We go over any problems and talk about what should reasonably be done. I trust the work they do and don't go anywhere else anymore, even for oil changes. More

They always do an outstanding job. They always tell me the status of my car. They explain everything to me so I know what is going on and what they are doing.
