Kari was amazing! !! She dealt with my mom for a majority of the process while I was at home working. I had let my mom know what I was looking for and Kari was very hel !! I had let my mom know what I was looking for and Kari was very helpful and explained everything to my mom before I was able to head over for the final process. Once I got to the dealership Kari explained everything again to me and answered all the questions I had. I was visiting from Arizona and did not know the process for purchasing a vehicle out of state. She made the process so simple and easy!!! I will recommend this dealer and Kari to all of my Minnesota family & friends if they are ever in need of a vehicle!! I ended up purchasing a 2022 Toyota Tacoma! & I love it!!! More

Picked up my long awaited 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium the end of January 2023 with the assistance of Jim Miller, who was our sales representative more than a decade ago when we ordered a new 2012 Rav4. the end of January 2023 with the assistance of Jim Miller, who was our sales representative more than a decade ago when we ordered a new 2012 Rav4. Since the 2012 purchase, Jim assisted us with another Rav4 and 4Runner purchase before this most recent purchase. Jim also assisted our daughter with the purchase of a Highlander a couple years ago. On the administrative side, Jorge Pena made sure all the paper work went smoothly and was handled quickly.
