Was helped but not hounded!! Was treated wonderfully!! I had been to many dealerships looking for the perfect vehicle. He trusted me to take vehicle for a ride without him or even a copy of my drivers license. He quickly brought over additional cars to take for test drive so didn't have to waste time in between. I felt he was very honest and he kindly asked for help from other sales staff to answer questions he couldn't. I left Toyota knowing that I was going to purchase a new 2017 RAV4. More
