The service tech was very patient with my concerns, and agreed to not only replace the battery, but check the starter and related issues to be certain there were no other problems. Because it was 8:15 p.m. and you were very busy, I chose to get a rental for a day rather than wait for 90 minutes or more for repairs. A phone call the next morning from Nate assured me that the battery was the only issue, and that the car would be ready when I needed it. He also informed me of a discount/coupon offer on the web site that saved me $35. More
