Vic Perrotta put me in my 4th vehicle from Maplewood Toyota My recent experience leasing a RAV4 (after three (3) Prius leases) was, as with the others, an excellent, no-stress process. Much of this is thanks t My recent experience leasing a RAV4 (after three (3) Prius leases) was, as with the others, an excellent, no-stress process. Much of this is thanks to Vic Perrotta, who has put me in all four (4) of the vehicles that I've leased from Maplewood over the years (as well as the last of the two (2) that my Wife has leased from Maplewood). I've always found Vic to be spot-on with his answers about a vehicle and in those rare instances when he doesn't have the answer on the tip of his tongue, Vic will sprint down the showroom floor to the colleague able to provide the answer. My preference is a no-nonsense, quick, no-BS, no pressure car buying (leasing) experience and Vic has always provided me with exactly that. Having said that, I've also watched brief displays of Vic interacting with other potential buyers and noted that he's perfectly capable of providing a hand-holding, answer-1000-questions experience if that's what the customer needs. I enthusiastically endorse (and am not related to or compensated by) Vic Perrotta for his acumen as a Sales Rep with Maplewood Toyota. Further, as an aside, I am always, always, always pleased and satisfied with both the service and the service experience at Maplewood Toyota. If I'm told that my no-appointment service stop is going to take 75 minutes, I can expect to be called in 65-70 minutes with all work completed. Except in an emergency, I wouldn't think of taking any of my Toyota vehicles for service to anyone but the folks at Maplewood Toyota. More
