This was my experience at Maplewood Toyota. One repair item was found to be insignificant and they did at no charge. They discovered another problem, notified me, and adequately explained what my options were. They also completed two re-call issues when I was only aware of the one. And this was all done in a reasonable amount of time which was greatly appreciated. Great Job Maplewood Toyota!! More
Six Month Oil Change and Inspection I told the service tech that I was having trouble with the steering wheel freezing up, where I can not move it in order to drive. I take out the key, I told the service tech that I was having trouble with the steering wheel freezing up, where I can not move it in order to drive. I take out the key, wait, then put the key in the ignition and the wheel is fine. I passed inspection but when I got into my car at Maplewood Toyota to drive home, the wheel froze up again. I bought my Avalon at your dealership in 2003 and never had that happen before. I just hope I am not stranded someplace. I was told that I have to set up an appointment for further diagnosis. Since I was at Maplewood Toyota, I wish it was done at the time so I wouldn't have to make another trip. More

Just a little glitch Only complaint is that on the invoice it says "customer declined setting up next appointment" and "declines text message as primary contact method." first time visit- very happy first time visit to have service done- car purchased in June- easy to schedule, friendly, efficient service, the only thing I would say is that when I first time visit to have service done- car purchased in June- easy to schedule, friendly, efficient service, the only thing I would say is that when I scheduled I was given a price, which was very acceptable and when I came in I found out that I had coverage for the service and therefore, was not charged. Very pleasant surprise, but did not understand that at purchase or when I called to schedule the appointment. Very satisfied. More
