Toyota customer service is 5 star excellence! This is by far the best car dealership service center I have ever been to! I have been to Saturn, Mercedes and Jeep and the service techs that are em This is by far the best car dealership service center I have ever been to! I have been to Saturn, Mercedes and Jeep and the service techs that are employed here have been trained to greet you and communicate with you in a personal way that says I care about you and what you think of us when you leave here! Kind of like shopping at Nordstroms! Jonathan Nikovics was very professional, personable and kept his word! He also was able to offer me a rental car because they found I needed brake pads which would take an additional 2 hours. Instead of having to make another appointment I was able to leave with the rental car and come back. He made me feel like he cared about my day and had a sense of urgency to get me on my way. Greg is our sales representative and we have been working with him for many years. You will not be disappointed in visit for Greg and buying a car from him!
