Rick Schaffhausen friendly, low pressure and very informative. He helped me figure what trim level was appropriate for me (I picked a Prius 2) and located the interior/exterior color combination I wanted. His service when I picked up the car was also very helpful and informative. I already know that the service department is great to work with, not that there was much service to do on my 2005 vehicle. I will not hesitate to bring the new one to Maplewood Toyota for service. More

I think the part I appreciated most was not feeling pushed to make a $20,000 purchase in 30 minutes. We were able to put $500 down to reserve the mini van (we were like 80% sure we wanted it), sleep on it, and make the final purchase the next day. Having a moment to think about it confirmed our choice, made us not feel impulsive, and gave us peace of mind with the decision we made.
