Picked up my long awaited 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium the end of January 2023 with the assistance of Jim Miller, who was our sales representative more than a decade ago when we ordered a new 2012 Rav4. the end of January 2023 with the assistance of Jim Miller, who was our sales representative more than a decade ago when we ordered a new 2012 Rav4. Since the 2012 purchase, Jim assisted us with another Rav4 and 4Runner purchase before this most recent purchase. Jim also assisted our daughter with the purchase of a Highlander a couple years ago. On the administrative side, Jorge Pena made sure all the paper work went smoothly and was handled quickly. Also, the service department, for the many years that we have had our vehicles serviced there, has been been a 5 star experience as well. Thank you Maplewood Toyota! More
