Fabulous customer service I had the most fabulous customer service experience on April 23, 2018, from Ryan Dorsey. My 24 daughter's car had gotten the "red triangle of death" w I had the most fabulous customer service experience on April 23, 2018, from Ryan Dorsey. My 24 daughter's car had gotten the "red triangle of death" warning at 5:00 at night during finals week. She was scared to death that she would be trapped without a car and would flunk out of school. We met with Ryan, and he was so kind and compassionate. He wiped away those tears in an instant. He was able to predict what our likely problem was, help us with a tow, and then fix our problem on an emergency basis. And he came in under budget! I drove away a few hours later in a new vehicle that had everything I was looking for in it. He offered suggestions to keep my payments within the range I wanted and directed me to options that he felt would be good to fit my circumstances.
