Oil Change I had no appointment. The service person checked and all I needed was an oil change. they rotated tires, topped off all fluids and washed the car. I had no appointment. They stand by what they sell This is my 3rd certified used Toyota from Maplewood Toyota. 6 months after buying this vehicle, 2 issues emerged - one with brakes and one with the on This is my 3rd certified used Toyota from Maplewood Toyota. 6 months after buying this vehicle, 2 issues emerged - one with brakes and one with the onboard computer - potentially pricey repairs. I could have saved about $500 if I had purchased a vehicle used from an individual, but then I would have paid thousands for this repair. Maplewood Toyota didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. The bill was $0 because they stand behind their certified used cars. This is why I'm a loyal customer. More
