Friendly As I was walking into the dealership Rory opened the door for me and asked if I was interested in anything in particular. I was dressed for comfort, I thought I would be just walking around on my own. I said yes I am interested in a Tacoma, he did not judge me on my attire as to whether I was really a customer. He narrowed it down to 2 and then we walked by one on our way to see the other two. Next day I came back and drove the walk by one and then bought it. This is the second time in all the years I have purchased new cars that I bought one that was on the lot. Very friendly atmosphere and when I went to drive it home my floor mats were on the floor and the tank was full, what a pleasant surprise. The mats were in the back seat when I test drove it. I came in looking for a new truck but left with a used one with 2,000 mikes on it. That is new to me. More
