Outstanding Customer Service! My 14 year old Camry was towed to the nearest dealership (Maplewood Toyota) on a Saturday when the service department had closed for the day. I receiv My 14 year old Camry was towed to the nearest dealership (Maplewood Toyota) on a Saturday when the service department had closed for the day. I received a call first thing on Monday and then subsequent follow up calls throughout the morning regarding the prognosis. I decided to not have it fixed, but rather lease a new one. The service agent set me up with a sales rep "Bones" who helped me out immediately and by the next morning I was set up in a new Camry and the entire process was enjoyable and painless! I had been a customer for the past 25 years at another local Toyota Dealership, but will now be a loyal customer of Maplewood Toyota! More
