I have learned over the years to make an appointment for a simple oil change, otherwise you could wait for hours. I have been a happy Toyota owner with two Toyota vehicles for the past 20 years. There have been times I have waited up to 2 hours even with an appointment. Well............... this time was different. I had an appointment for 1:30, my service advisor was Ryan Dorsey. I was there on time and Ryan said it would be about an hour to complete. I chuckled and said "ya right". I was shocked and pleasantly surprised, they were done in about 45 minutes. I was blown away....... Awesome!! More

Light Fix Service was above and beyond. The part that was needed to fix my light was broken on arrival so the fix could not be completed on the scheduled day. T Service was above and beyond. The part that was needed to fix my light was broken on arrival so the fix could not be completed on the scheduled day. They had a new part sent overnight and completed the work by the next morning so we could leave for an out of town trip. Really appreciate the rental car as well. More
