1st Timer I bought my first brand new car in 1978. I've bought well over 50 new vehicles since then with about 20 of them being Toyotas. While I've had a few warranty issues and recalls over the years I've never taken any vehicle in for any service. I've always done routine maintenance and repairs myself. So this is the first time for any type of actual service. The experience couldn't have been better. Right from the "greeting crew" to the final pickup everything was great. The service area is very clean and remarkably well organized considering how busy it was. The waiting area is awesome, the whole staff very friendly and my truck was done right when they said it would be. Couldn't have been more pleased. More

Definition of Service with a Smile I felt pretty special after my recent experience with Maplewood Toyota. I work for one of the vendors that supplies Maplewood Toyota and after placing I felt pretty special after my recent experience with Maplewood Toyota. I work for one of the vendors that supplies Maplewood Toyota and after placing a recent order for them and confirming the order, I also responded to the kind inquiry after my well-being. I said I was well and sent off a small message about how my car was doing too. After briefly describing a little problem with the check engine light I'd been having, as well as a recall that I was going to have to take my car in for, I promptly received a call from the person who placed the order, asking if I would like to have my car picked up while I was at work so they could check into what was going on with my check engine light, as well as take care of the recall work. Everything was taken care of efficiently and it felt really nice to have them go out of their way to make everything as seamless for me as possible. Two thumbs way way up! More

Super friend and efficient guys here!! I am only giving the 4 star because I always find my vehicle in the inside kind of dirty. I realize the guys that are doing the mechanical work might I am only giving the 4 star because I always find my vehicle in the inside kind of dirty. I realize the guys that are doing the mechanical work might have greasy hands, but then have someone quickly go thru the drivers side and wipe down the steering wheel.
