Last minute assistance! I had a a tire blow out as a result of hitting a curb. I got in as "walk in" I was met by friendly service staff person-Cody. I was afforded a shuttle ride to Costco to kill time and make more efficient my busy day. Staff at Toyota were professional, informative, kind. The waiting room area was clean, and I always appreciate the wifi there. All in all, a decent day thought one I had not planned for but was accommodated. More

I am now in my 70's and others describe me a frugal. We bought three of these Toyotas new from Maplewood, and I believe we paid a fair and reasonable. We might still have the first two of our five Toyotas, though three have been in accidents deemed to be an insurance losses: two deer encounters, and the third worthy being described, a 2010 Prius. My wife was driving alone at nighttime and was rear-ended by a semi going 70 on an interstate. The grill of the semi ended up in the back seat of the Prius as the car was then pushed further along the highway. Thankfully, she walked away from the accident scene! I just stopped by this week to have my fluids checked before I’ve gone to this dealership for service for 14 years ever since I bought my RAV4 there. I just stopped by this week to have my fluids checked before winter since I wasn’t due for a regular service appt until January. I couldn’t believe how thorough they were even though I was there without an appointment and just asking for a quick “free” check on fluid levels. They checked things I didn’t even ask for!
